On 6 September 2016 the Company was informed that, on that day, Mr Jolyon Head, a director of the Company, acquired 3,750 Ordinary Shares at a price of 317.99p per share.

Following the transaction, Mr Head now has an interest in 31,876 shares, representing 0.29% of the Company's issued share capital.
