Filtrona plc today announces the transfer of 190,376 shares (the 'Shares') on 24 February 2011 to Mark Harper under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan Part A (the 'Plan'). Under the rules of the Plan the performance conditions for the Shares, which were awarded in August 2007, were met and a tax liability is due on exercise. Mark Harper sold the Shares on 24 February 2011, at a price of £2.9549 per share.
