The Company has been informed that Graham Dawber, a Non-Executive Director, has today purchased 339,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 7.25p per share. Following this transaction Graham Dawber has voting interests in 339,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.03 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
