The Company was notified today by the following Directors of the Company of the exercise and subsequent sale of 245,000 options, all at a price of £4.75, at various costs per ordinary share of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Share"), being Ordinary Shares granted as unapproved share options under the Executive Share Option Scheme.
