PDMR Shareholding
Tau Capital plc (the "Company") has received notification from Richard Horlick, a Consultant to the Company, that on 4 April 2014 he purchased 5,607,603 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") with a purchase price of USD 13.02cents. This represents 7.58% of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
Following this transaction Mr Horlick has an interest in 27.35% of the Ordinary Shares in issue and voting rights of the Company.
