("Games Workshop" or the "Company")

The Company was informed today that John Laughlin, Head of Sales and a person discharging managerial responsibility at Games Workshop, acquired 2,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 698 pence per share. 

The aggregate holding of Mr Laughlin, has therefore increased to 18,582 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.06 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
