Fidessa group plc ("the Company") Director / PDMR shareholdings The Company has been informed that on 21st February 2014 Andy Malpass, adirector of the Company, called 1,551 ordinary shares in the capital of theCompany on the vesting of his 2010 awards under the Company's Share Bonus Plan.732 of the shares have been sold at 2478p. Following this notification hisshareholding is 86,735 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of theCompany, constituting 0.23% of the issued share capital.
