RSA Insurance Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 20 December 2012 of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 27.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") by PDMRs.
On 20 December 2012, the PDMRs listed below were granted options under the Company's Sharesave Plan over Ordinary Shares, with an exercise price of £0.90 per share. The options are exercisable between 1 February 2016 and 31 July 2016.
