CALEDONIA INVESTMENTS PLC - GRANT OF DEFERRED BONUS AWARDS
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that, following shareholders' approval of amendments to the Caledonia Deferred Bonus Plan (the "Deferred Bonus Plan") at the annual general meeting of the Company held on 29 July 2008, the following deferred share awards over ordinary 5p shares in Caledonia were granted to directors on that date. These represented matching awards, on a one for one basis, for the element of bonus for the year ended 31 March 2008 that was compulsorily deferred into shares on 3 June 2008.
