Name of Director/ PDMR or connected persons: Mr Ian Ritchie and Mr Neil Rogers

·; The Company received notification on 1 May 2013 from the Trustees of the Brammer plc Employee Share Ownership Trust ("ESOT") that on 26 April 2013 Mr Ian Ritchie exercised 81,911 nil cost options under the Performance Share Plan ("PSP") and 70,785 nil cost options under the Share Matching Plan ("SMP"). He subsequently disposed of all the shares at 365.25p per share. Following this exercise and sale, Mr Ritchie still holds an interest in 59,796 shares of the Company representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.

·; The Company also received notification on 1 May 2013 from the ESOT that on 26 April 2013 Mr Neil Rogers exercised 47,245 nil cost options under the PSP and 45,001 nil cost options under the SMP. Following this exercise, Mr Rogers now holds an interest in 283,575 shares of the Company representing 0.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.
