London, 27 December 2018: NMC Health plc (LSE: NMC), the leading private healthcare operator in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) with international services across 17 countries, announces that on 24 December 2018, Mrs Salma Hareb, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 5,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 2699.07 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mrs Hareb has an interest over a total of 12,100 shares, representing approximately 0.006% of the issued share capital of the Company.
