Grant of awards under the Inchcape Performance Share Plan (PSP) in 2025
Inchcape plc (Company) has granted awards under the PSP for 2025, with an additional grant of a one-off PSP award to support the delivery of the Accelerate+ strategy, in line with the remuneration policy approved by shareholders at the 2023 annual general meeting.
