Directors Shareholding

The Company was informed on 9 September 2013 that Fiona Gow, the wife of William Gow, a Director of the company, sold 150,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p on 9 September 2013 at a price of 163.5p per ordinary share. 

Following this transaction, the shareholding of William and persons connected to him is 1,123,145 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.1 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
