Notification pursuant to rule 17 of the AIM Rules
Today, Tuesday, 23 December 2014, the Company was notified that Rupert Clevely, one of its non-executive directors, has sold 7,000 A shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s capital that he jointly owned with his wife. The sale was at 1025p per share and took place today. Following that transaction Rupert Clevely holds 13,081 A shares, 10,000 of which are jointly owned with his wife.
