Standard Life plc ('the Company') was advised yesterday by Capita Registrars Limited that the under mentioned executive directors and other persons discharging managerial responsibilities acquired on 25 September 2009 the following interests in ordinary shares as a result of participation in The Standard Life Share Plan:
