The Company announces that it has been notified that on 10 May 2017 Stephen Puckett, Non-Executive Chariman, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 36.75p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Puckett holds 550,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.3% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding treasury shares). Full details as required under the Market Abuse Regulation are set out below.
