Aggreko plc - Notification of Directors' Interests

The Trustees of the Aggreko Employees' Benefit Trust ("the Trust") have notified the Company that on 19 April 2010 they transferred 519,147 ordinary shares in the Company to participants in settlement of their entitlements under the Aggreko Performance Share Plan 2004 and the Aggreko Co-Investment Plan 2004 ("the Plans").

The trust acquired on 19 April 2010, 555,005 ordinary shares at a price of 11.52p per share, on 20 April 2010, 268,626 ordinary shares at a price of 11.76p per share, on 21 April 2010, 267,654 ordinary shares at a price of 11.91p per share and on 22 April 2010, 391,438 ordinary shares at a price of 11.96p per share.

The Trustees of the Aggreko US Employees' Benefit Trust ("the US Trust") have also notified the company that on 19 April 2010 they subscribed for 213,406 ordinary shares at a subscription price of 20p per share and transferred all such ordinary shares to participants in settlement of their entitlements under the Plans.

Directors of the Company, Mr R Soames, Mr A Cockburn, Mr K Pandya and Mr W Caplan, have an interest as potential beneficiaries under the UK Employees' Benefit Trust ("UK Trust") and Mr G P Walker under the US Trust.
