Tertiary Minerals plc ("the Company"), the AIM traded company building a strategic position in the fluorspar sector, has received notice that on 17 June 2013, Donald McAlister, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 276,242 Ordinary Shares at a price of 5.3 pence per Ordinary Share. Following these dealings, Mr. McAlister beneficial interest in the Company is 181,579 Ordinary Shares representing 0.11% of the Company's issued share capital.
