The Company has been notified today that on 5 October 2015 Mr Stewart Watson purchased ordinary shares of 5p each using cash dividend funds paid by Meggitt PLC on 2 October 2015 - this is a scheme operated by Appleby Trust (Jersey) Limited on shares held in a vested share account in the Meggitt Employees' Share Ownership Plan Trust. The purchase price was 486.60 pence per share.
