Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities or Connected Persons
Balfour Beatty plc (the "Company") was informed on 23 December 2014 by the Trustee of the Balfour Beatty Share Incentive Plan 2011 (the "SIP") that on 10 December 2014 each of the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") acquired the number of Ordinary Shares of 50p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company shown against his name at 190.34p per Ordinary Share through reinvestment of dividends as a result of participation in the SIP:
