Director/PDMR Shareholding

In light of the guidance issued by the FSA on 9th January, 2009 in relation to obligations to disclose security granted over shares, MS INTERNATIONAL plc announces that Michael O'Connell, a Director of the Company, has granted security over 316,475 ordinary shares in the Company held by him in favour of his bank, HSBC Bank plc as security against a personal loan entered into in April, 2001. While the personal loan was repaid in full in June, 2003, the security arrangement remains in place in respect of any future borrowings.
