In accordance with Article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596/EU), Wottan Holdings Limited, which is a person closely associated with Anthony Bloom, Chairman of the Company, acquired 839,704 ordinary shares in aggregate at an average price of £0.27649 for a total consideration of £232,173.15.
