DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

The Company has received notification that John Walden, executive director, entered into a trading plan on 29 May 2015 to sell 50% of the net number* of ordinary shares of 10 pence each received by him following the release of awards under the Company's Performance Share Plan on 23 May 2015. The sale is to fund the purchase of a primary residence in the UK.

*After the sale of shares to satisfy the income tax and social security liabilities falling due on the release of these shares and to cover the incidental costs of disposal.

Notification of these transactions is now made in accordance with 3.1.4R of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
