The Administrators of the Deferred Investment Award Plan notified the Company and Mr Werner on 16 July 2008 of an increase in his interests in Ordinary share ADRs at a price of $48.40 per ADR following the re-investment of the dividend paid to shareholders on 10 July 2008.
