Notification of Interests of Directors and Other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')
Standard Life plc ('the Company') was advised today by Capita IRG Trustees Limited that on 20 October 2015 the Trustees of The Standard Life Share Plan ('SLSP') purchased ordinary shares of 122/9 pence each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange on behalf of the executive directors and other persons discharging managerial responsibilities listed below.
The shares were purchased as a result of the reinvestment of the 2015 interim dividend for participants in the SLSP. The purchase price was £4.0973 per share.
