Dawnay, Day Sirius13 September 2007 Dawnay, Day Sirius Limited ('DDS' or the 'Company') The Company has been informed that on 12 September 2007, Supernova HoldingsLimited ('Supernova') purchased 400,000 long CFDs over DDS shares at anaverage price of 89.75c per share. Peter Klimt, a non-executive director of Dawnay, Day Sirius Limited, has asubstantial indirect interest in Supernova. Guy Naggar, Frank Oppenheim and Kevin Oppenheim, all of whom are directorsof the Company's asset manager, Dawnay, Day Sirius Real Estate Asset Management Limited, have a substantial direct or indirect interest in Supernova.
