Tribal Group PLC15 February 2007 Tribal Group plc ("the Company") Director/PDMR Shareholdings The Company today received notification that Capita Aesop Trustees Limited, the trustees of Tribal Group plc Share Incentive Plan (SIP) has purchased 97 and 15 ordinary shares respectively of 5p each in the Company at a price of 128.75p per share on behalf of Richard Collins and Julie Towers, each of whom is a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility. These shares are to be held in accordance to the rules of the Company's Inland Revenue approved SIP.
