Premier Foods plc (the "Company")
NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMR)
In common with all eligible employees, directors and members of the Company's Group Executive were invited on 15 September 2008 to participate in the Premier Foods plc 2008 Sharesave Scheme and were given the option to buy ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (Shares) at a price of 72p in 3 years time. The following options were granted on 16 October 2008:
