(the "Company") DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING The Company wishes to advise that, on 28 March 2014, Non-Executive Director SirJames Fuller purchased for holding in his own name 2,138 `C' Ordinary 40pshares in the Company at £9.35 per share. He also purchased 8,552 `C' Ordinary40p shares in the Company at £9.35 per share to be held in a trust for hischildren. Both purchases increase Sir Fuller's beneficial holdings in theCompany.
