Travis Perkins plc ('the Company') was notified today that Mr Robert Walker a Non-Executive Director of the Company purchased on 29 October 2009 12,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 777.60336p per share and on 30 October 2009 purchased 12,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 775.41544 per share

As a result, Mr Walker now has a beneficial interest in 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.01% of the issued share capital.
