NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMRs)
This notification is made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
On 3 March 2016 the Company was notified that Richard Hemsley, PDMR, sold 49,434 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence per share in the Company on the same day at a price of £3.8079 per share.
The transaction took place in the UK and the Shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange.
