William Hill PLC ('the Company') announces that Ruth Prior, CFO and a PDMR of the Company, has today acquired, with her persons closely associated, a further 38,998 ordinary shares in the Company.
As a result of the transaction, Ruth Prior and her persons closely associated have an interest in 75,070 shares, equivalent to less than 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
