Plant Health Care (AIM / CISX: PHC.L), a leading provider of novel patent-protected biological products to the global agriculture markets, was notified on 11 April 2014 that on 11 April 2014, Dr Christopher Richards, Chairman of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 59p per share.
