UBM plc Notification of director's dealing UBM plc ("UBM") was notified on 20 May 2014 of the following dealing in itsordinary shares ("Shares") by Robert Gray, Chief Financial Officer of UBM. On 20 May 2014 31,017 Shares were transferred to Mr Gray following the vestingof a restricted share award made on 26 April 2011 under the Bonus InvestmentPlan. 13,514 Shares were sold on 20 May 2014 to cover tax liabilities and costs at aprice of 648.8648 pence per Share. The remaining 17,503 shares were retained. Following the above notification Robert Gray holds 17,503 UBM shares,representing 0.007% of issued ordinary shares. He also holds awards (includingaccrued dividends) over 476,937 Shares, of which 63,920 are subject only tocontinued employment and 413,017 are subject to performance conditions. Anne Siddell
