The Company has been advised of the following disposal and acquisition of shares beneficially held by Mr Stephen Davidson, a non-executive director of the Company.

Mr Davidson sold 16,327 shares on 14 May 2010 at 780.164p.

His spouse purchased 1,500 shares on 17 May 2010 at 768.83p.

Consequently, Mr Davidson's beneficial holding is 1,500 ordinary shares.
