The Company confirms that on 25th November 2009, it granted to the following executive directors, a right to acquire a deferred share award pursuant to the Enterprise Inns 2005 Annual Bonus Plan ('2005 Plan'), in respect of the following number of ordinary shares of 2.5 pence in the Company: 

 

G E Tuppen  128,588

D C George   60,366

W S Townsend  60,366

These deferred shares were awarded under the 2005 Plan for the year ended 30th September 2009 and will normally be exercisable from 25th November 2012 to 25th May 2013 for a total consideration of £1.00.
