Croda International PLC12 July 2005 Croda International Plc Croda announces that Abbey National AESOP Trustees Limited acquired on 11 July2005, 8,993 ordinary shares in the company for the purposes of the CrodaInternational Plc Share Incentive Plan at a price of 383.75p per share. Theseshares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deductedfrom their June pay.
