ASOS received notification yesterday that on Monday 6 June 2016, under the ASOS Plc Save As You Earn Option Plan (the "SAYE Plan"), Ms Helen Ashton, an Executive Director of the Company, was granted an option over 620 Ordinary 3.5p shares in ASOS Plc, at an Option Price of £29.01.
