GKN plc (‘the Company’) has been notified that on 24 August 2015 Phil Swash, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, bought 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company (0.0006% of the issued share capital of the Company) on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £2.77 per share.
As the result of the above transaction, the shareholding of Mr Swash and his connected persons, in GKN is as follows:
