12 August 2013 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that it has received notification of the following transaction in its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("ordinary shares") by a director of the Company.

On 9 August 2013, Don Robert, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 100,000 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 1,218.284p per share.

Following the sale, Mr Robert has a retained interest in 1,389,942 ordinary shares.

The notification to the Company, received on 9 August 2013, was made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2R. This notification is made in compliance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
