The Company announces that on 2 July 2012, Dr Mike Watts, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 1,612 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares") at a purchase price of £3.146 per Share. The Shares were purchased on the open market pursuant to a trading plan entered into on 29 September 2009.
Following this transaction, which represents 0.0005% of the issued share capital of the Company, Dr Watts holds 82,180 Shares, representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
