On 23 September 2019, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 23 September 2019 Pieter de Jong, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, transferred 99,215 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company for nil consideration to Stichting De Dennennaalden, a Person Closely Associated with Pieter de Jong for the purposes of the Market Abuse Regulation.
