Notification of Director's Interest in 6% Sterling Notes
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, The Paragon Group of Companies PLC (the "Company") was notified on 6 March 2013 that Nicholas Keen, a director of the Company, purchased £100,000 of Sterling denominated 6% Notes due 2020 issued by the Company on 5 March 2013. The Notes were purchased at par on issue.
