2 No consideration is payable on the grant or vesting of the Awards;
3 The Company has 114,668,063 ordinary shares in issue;
4 The notification of these Awards is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
