Home Retail Group UK Approved Sharesave Plan (the 'Sharesave Plan')

The Company has today received notification that on 1 September 2015 Mr Richard Ashton, executive director, acquired 15,384 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at 58.5p per share through the exercise of an option under the Sharesave Plan.

Notification of these transactions is now made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
