AdEPT (AIM: ADT), a leading UK independent provider of award-winning telecommunications services for fixed line, mobile, data connectivity and VoIP, announces that Amanda Woodruffe, the Company's Operations Director, has exercised options over 60,000 shares at an exercise price of 42p per share ("New Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the EMI Share Option Scheme August 2008.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to take place on 21 August 2013.

Following Admission, Amanda Woodruffe will be interested in 63,209 ordinary shares (representing approximately 0.30 per cent. of the enlarged issued ordinary share capital) and 561,708 share options.

Following Admission, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 21,279,603. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 21,279,603. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
