The Company was informed on 27 April 2016 that, also on 27 April 2016, Mr Alastair Gordon-Stewart, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, sold 1,072 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of £12.31 per Share. Following this transaction, Alastair Gordon-Stewart has interests in 1,564 Shares (or 0.002% of the Company's issued share capital).
