On 23rd June 2011, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) received notification that Sarah Soar, a Director, has today sold totalling 9,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 143.8p each, representing approximately 0.0039% of the Company.

Her resultant holding in Ordinary Shares in the Company is now 328,612 ordinary shares (of which 70,319 are nil paid), representing approximately 0.1418% of the total issued share capital of the Company and the total number of shares over which options are held by her is 108,607.
