Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The Company announces the following transaction by PDMRs in the Company's ordinary shares ("Shares").
Pursuant to invitations issued on Monday 9 March 2026 to all eligible UK employees, 9,328 Shares were awarded on 9 April 2026 under the IMI Employee Share Ownership Plan (the "ESOP"). The ESOP is an all-employee scheme which gives the opportunity to eligible UK employees to receive free Shares at market value up to a maximum value of £3,600.
Shares are held within the ESOP trust until an employee leaves or sells their award. Eligible employees make no consideration to receive these awards. However, there are different tax treatments depending on how long the Shares remain within the ESOP trust. The price on the day of the award was £27.40 per share.
