Director Shareholding
On 28 June 2012 Tribal Group plc ("the Company") announced that Group Finance Director Steve Breach had entered into a trading plan pursuant to which Mr Breach will use his monthly pension contributions until at least June 2013 to purchase ordinary shares in the Company each month.
As such on 23 August the Company was notified that Steve Breach purchased 3,396 ordinary shares in the Company on 20 August 2012 at a price of 88.32p per share. Following this purchase, the number of ordinary shares in the Company in which Steve Breach and his connected persons are beneficially interested is 201,935 or 0.22% of the Company's total issued share capital.
